The History of INTHAVilla

Home of vibrancy "Intha Villa"

More than a decade of Spending time to do Home Deco business in France and touring around the Europe for business, founder of Maison Estate and INTHAVilla, Mrs. Inthalangsy Somphone, has found her passion and dream for wanting to building home for living. She started to manufacture hardwood Deco product and trade to France and Europe. In apparel the concept of single-family villa with modern design has begun.

In 2015, Ma maison nongnieng first established. The first project has begun for building Seven homes in a +3600 Square Metter blocks. What is known today as Ma Maison estate, begun, known for a home design with an affordable price picturing a very nice and a lovely place for new start up family.

In 2016, second phrase of homes in block are continuing the growth. 5 homes of small villa designing of 2 beds, 2 baths were starting its construction... since then The Real Estate project has grown from 7 homes build to +50 homes build....which are following by Villa Viengxay.

2019 became the year INTHAVilla by Design established as a new branch of Ma maison estate. INTHAVilla started having villa project as The Master, The Ridge, The Palm, INTHAVilla Phanmanh, INTHAVilla nonghai. INTHAVilla by Design is leading today in unique and vibrant design for modern houses all around the city of Vientiane.
